Team Making

Designing teams are our thing. We've done in-depth research on what makes a good team and if there’s one thing we learned: it is as much an art as it is a science.

Still, they are a few things every working team should have.

First, we are looking for similar values and matching personalities. The most important component of a startup is its founding team. You do not need your cofounder to become your best friend but you need to share a common vision and want to work with them!

Second, we’re looking for teams that like the same type of industry or want to solve similar problems. That’s why we ask you what are your key area of interest and the type of ideas you had in the past.

Third, we’re looking for true complementarity. A complementarity of personalities, soft skills, and hard skills. Every team is going to be designed in a way to be sufficient to create a good MVP.
