96%. In a survey of 7000 students, 96% of students stated that they faced barriers when looking for jobs and internships. In our own primary research of 200+ students, we found that 65% of students find applications to internships/grad roles difficult, highlighting the problem they face in attaining their future careers. To solve this, Project U makes the job application process easier and more efficient for students by creating a social careers platform that enables people to learn about and prepare for their future careers through peer-to-peer learning.
